This sequel to Effective Leadership During Change-I begins with an exploration of ways to cope with chaos and uncertainty in the midst of on-going change. Participants will then focus on issues related to dealing with resistance, creating empowerment, and understanding accountability. Returning to the in-depth discussion on why teams and organizational transformation efforts fail started in Effective Leadership During Change-I, participants will examine how to temper forward progress with effective stewardship in order to create truly sustainable patterns of excellence and visionary action. This two day training program is for those wanting to further improve their effectiveness as leaders during organizational change. Participation in Effective Leadership During Change-I is a prerequisite for this training program.
