Second, be prepared to discuss your time commitment. Are you looking for weekly, two times a month, monthly, or quarterly coaching? |

Third, in order for Geery to coach you, he will need the following information: your organization's mission, vision, core values, plus a copy of the current strategic plan and a copy of the metrics used to monitor organizational progress. Next, he will need your annual performance plan and your current 90 day plan. Finally, he will need a copy of the introductory material about the organization that you would give a new customer, and an updated organizational chart.
Fourth, you and Geery will need to discuss his hourly phone consultation fee and how to do monthly billing.
Finally, you two will set a date for your first coaching session.
