Geery Howe, M.A. has been a consultant, executive coach and trainer in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational change since 1986 when he founded Morning Star Associates.

He is also well known for teaching comprehensive leadership development programs, especially the From Vision to Action Leadership Training which he developed in 1998.
Geery is author of The From Vision to Action Booklet Series: The Map Is Not The Road , Planning For Change, Developing A New Organizational Culture, Transforming Challenges into Achievements, and Working Through the Trough of Chaos, and Listen To The Heart: The Transformational Pathway to Health and Wellness. He holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Iowa.
In addition, he is an avid perennial flower gardener and cook. He lives in West Branch, Iowa with his wife. They have two adult sons.
