Third, in order for Geery to help you, he will need the following information: your organizations mission, vision, and core values, plus a copy of the most recent strategic plan. Next, he will need a copy of the metrics used to monitor organizational progress. Finally, he will need a copy of the introductory material about the organization that you would give a new customer, and an updated organizational chart.
Fourth, you and Geery will need to discuss his daily onsite strategic planning fee, hourly phone consultation fee, and office work fee, plus how to do monthly billing.
Finally, you two will set a date for your first strategic planning session.
