Currently, strategic change is ongoing and all encompassing. In order to achieve continued success, organizations must integrate strategic planning, ongoing organizational development, and effective leadership.
For over ten years years, Geery Howe, M.A. has been teaching the From Vision to Action Leadership Training to engaged participants who want to become better leaders.
This year long leadership development course encompasses four quarterly sessions. Through its challenging, interactive curriculum, participants gain core skills and knowledge through immersion in research, issues and solutions related to leadership, strategic planning and execution, and implementing organizational change.

Methodologies & Implementation Strategies
The From Vision to Action Leadership Training is a challenging and highly interactive course designed for engaged participants who are proactively seeking fresh insights, better understanding and new skills. To facilitate this process, Geery Howe, M.A. blends lectures, small and large group discussions, and how to skill-building exercises into an integrated learning format.
Every evening during onsite training, there will be assigned reading and/or writing. Each morning, participants will gather in breakfast study groups before class to explore issues related to the evening homework and the course. Often over lunches, they will analyze case studies or explore complex questions.
Participants will be responsible for having completed all required pre-readings before each session along with additional suggested readings or assignments. At the end of each session, participants will set performance goals to implement professional and organizational change strategies. Participants also will spend time evaluating their progress in small groups during the subsequent training sessions. In short, participants will be exploring, sharing, meeting, and reflecting the whole time they are onsite. The training will be a complete immersion into issues related to leadership, strategic planning, and organizational change.
